A few hundred cases never reach the tasting room. The Solstice Reserve is offered to club members first each spring, and library vintages back to 2009 are opened only in the cellar, by the person who made them.

Shipping
We ship to 41 states, plus the UK and EU through our export partner. Orders leave the estate on Tuesdays; club members ship free on every allocation.
Cellaring
Whites drink best inside four years. The Hillside Cabernet wants five and rewards fifteen. The Solstice Reserve is only getting started at ten.
Serving
Reds at 16°C, not room temperature — twenty minutes in the fridge before opening. Decant the Petite Sirah and anything older than a decade.
